	MARK D. ANDERSEN - Executive Director Mark joined the Community Foundation in December of 2009, bringing over 15 years of experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising, program management, and public relations. Mark oversees resource development, nonprofit collaboration, and charitable endowment funds, as well as the work operations. Mark and his wife Kris have two sons and originally moved to the Yampa Valley in 1993. Email: mark@yvcf.org
		jennifer shea - Program Manager Jennifer Shea recently joined the Yampa Valley Community Foundation team as the Program Manager, overseeing the Foundation’s grant, scholarship and selective giving programs. Jennifer and her husband Kerry are thrilled to raise their two young daughters in Steamboat Springs. Before joining the Foundation, she worked as the Marketing and Development Director for Strings Music Festival.  Prior to living in Steamboat Springs, her career in magazine publishing led her around the country before finding her home in Colorado. Jennifer graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN with a BA in Business Administration and Art History. Email: jennifer@yvcf.org
		Heidi Barbee - Marketing Manager Heidi arrived in the Yampa Valley twenty-five years ago after graduating from the University of Hawaii with a BA in Marketing. She worked at the Steamboat Ski Area for 18 years, 16 of them in the Marketing Department.  Since retiring from the Ski Area in 2002, she has worked at Strings in the Mountains, The Orton Family Foundation and the School District.  Email: info@yvcf.org
	ANN BARBIER - Finance Director Ann joined the Community Foundation staff in June 2008. She moved to Steamboat Springs in 1987 upon graduating from Colorado State University (CSU) with a Bachelor’s Degree in art. In 1995 she went back to CSU and received a master’s degree in Accounting/Taxation. She earned a CPA license in 1997 and has been doing public accounting since 1998.  Email: ann@yvcf.org
		HEIDI WALKER - Office Manager   Heidi started with the Community Foundation in April 2010.  She has worked in administration of various recreation, afterschool and youth sports programs for the past 25 years.  She has a degree in Recreation Administration from California State University Chico.  She has lived in Colorado for over 20 years, the past 7 in Steamboat.
