Guidelines

The Yampa Valley Community Foundation will award Community Grants in September 2012.  The grant round allows the Community Foundation to see the broad perspective of the Community’s needs and use grant funds to their fullest potential.  Grant proposals are solicited from organizations in Routt and Moffat counties. A Letter of Intent must be submitted no later than June 1st to be considered for funding. Please click here for details. The grant proposals are researched and analyzed by the Grants Committee, which is made up of local community volunteers, and shared with Donor Advisors who have created a Donor Advised Fund.  Grants are awarded to organizations and programs that best demonstrate an impact on community needs.  The 2012 deadline for those selected to submit a full proposal is August 1st, 4pm.
